Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers (UASC)
Many of our young people are unaccompanied asylum seekers or separated children.
Here you will find some useful links including a series of videos we have created about different aspects of the UK. The information is provided in 6 languages: English, Arabic, Dari, Kurdish, Pashto, Albanian, although we also have education booklets in Amharic, and Ukrainian.

Barnet Virtual School also facilitate and run a UASC Working Group with various professionals from across the UK in order to keep developing and sharing best practice when supporting UASC.
If you'd like to get involved please don't hesitate to get in touch using the contact details below.
We also have a UASC Working Group Resource Map which showcases resources across the UK.
